Hello, everyone! Please meet Lorne & Natasha (and their adorable little guy, Sebastien!)!!
These two have been engaged for a while now and are going to be tying the knot in Sioux Lookout late this summer. I was excited to have them ask me to photograph their wedding, and now - after a really fun engagement session with them - I am even more enthusiastic about being their wedding photographer!! :DThese two are a blast and just have this natural chemistry between each other that makes them tons of fun to be around!
And here's their little guy, Sebastien! <3 <3 <3
When we met for the first time in February to talk wedding photography, Lorne & Natasha said they really wanted to have snowy engagement photos. Well, as it turned out, the snow all but disappeared pretty early this year, so we really thought we might have missed our window of opportunity! But... the night before their session, we got a good little dump of snow, just in time for some beautiful snowy engagement photos, despite it technically being "spring"!! In fact, it was actually snowing for the entire time we were gallivanting in the bush and on the lake for their engagement session. Perfection.

Haha, we had so much fun trying to pull off a "model shot" - and they really did it well!

Since Lorne used to work for Abram Lake Park and knows all about the location, he pointed out one of the faces built into a tree we passed on the property... do you see it?
These snow-covered trees always make me think of Narnia!
So much genuine fun... I love being a part of such happy moments!!

At Abram Lake Park, there are two posts with mile markers to many different local (and not so local) destinations... The Chutes is where Lorne & Natasha like to fish! :)
I hope you'll continue to follow me and my photography adventures, plus this fun couple (AND their little cutie!) as they get married in less than five months!! So exciting!
